Delete Your Account

You can delete your Parivar AI account and associated data at any time. Two options are available:

Option 1 — In the app (recommended)

• Open Parivar AI.
• Go to Settings → Account.
• Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account and conversation history will be permanently removed.

Option 2 — Email request

Send an email from your registered email address to support@parivarai.com with the subject line "Delete my account". We will process the request within 7 business days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile and account credentials.
• Your conversation history with AI companions.
• Your in-app preferences and settings.

What may be retained

We may retain limited information required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or prevent abuse — for example, anonymized analytics or transaction records — for the minimum period required by law.
